Prune Cake With Butterscotch Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cloves
    2 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 jars baby food prunes
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix well eggs, oil, sugar and spices.
    Fold in flour and buttermilk.
    Add vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Fold in nuts and raisins. Bake at 350\u00b0 in preheated oven about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Bake in tube pan.
