Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) box lime jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Mix lime jello with boiling water until dissolved.
Allow to cool until lukewarm.
In a blender combine jello mixture with the softened cream cheese and heavy cream.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into mixing bowl.
Add drained pineapple and nuts.
Pour into jello mold and refrigerate until set.
Unmold and serve.
