Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Generously grease six 6-oz. custard cups or 8 muffin cups. Set aside.
    In a large mixing bowl beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and beat on low speed of electric mixer until smooth. Fill cups about 3/4 full with batter. Bake in preheated, 400\u00b0 convection oven on rack 2, 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 15 minutes longer (or bake in preheated 425\u00b0 radiant bake oven 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 15 minutes longer) or until deep golden brown. Remove from pan. Serve warm. Yield:
    6 to 8 popovers.
