Crock-Pot Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 carrots, sliced
    4 potatoes, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour (added last)
Preparation
    Cut meat into small pieces.
    Batter in flour; put in pan with oil and lightly brown.
    Put in colander and drain.
    Cover meat with water.
    Add carrots, potatoes, salt and pepper.
    Cook in crock-pot until done.
