Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. oil
    8 eggs
    3 Tbsp. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. oregano
    3/4 c. tomato sauce or pizza sauce
    1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet (8 to 10-inch).
    Beat eggs with water, salt, pepper and oregano.
    Pour into skillet and reduce heat.
    Let eggs cook until bottom is firm.
    Lift edges and let uncooked egg go underneath.
    Cook until top is nearly firm.
    Spoon tomato sauce over egg.
    Sprinkle with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and cook under broiler until bubbly and melted.
    Serve in wedges, just like pizza!
