Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oleo
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. Quick Quaker oats
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 lb. apples
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients (like pie crust).
    Press 1/2 of crumbs into bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Peel and core apples. Add apples to the pan until 3/4 full.
    Cover with other 1/2 of crumbs. Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour, until fork-tender, at 350\u00b0.
