Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. + 2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 stick margarine or butter
    1 can Angel Flake coconut
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter; add eggs, milk and coconut.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake 1 hour or until brown at 350\u00b0.
