Plantation Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unbroken pecans
    1 c. dark table syrup
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add table syrup, the beaten eggs, the pecans and sugar.
    Beat together well.
    Put in unbaked pie shell and bake slow at 275\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Serve with whipped cream.
