Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 c. popped corn
    1 stick butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. light Karo syrup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix salt, sugar, syrup and butter.
    Bring to a boil in microwave.
    Stir.
    Boil for 3 minutes in microwave.
    Remove and add baking soda.
    Mix well and pour over popped corn.
    Cook for 30 seconds in microwave.
    Remove and mix.
    Repeat process 3 more times (4 in all).
    Let cool, eat and enjoy.
