Stuffed Zucchini Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green onions, diced large
    1 (14 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 lb. pork sausage (with sage)
    1/4 c. bread crumbs (seasoned type)
    1/2 lb. Fontenella cheese, shredded
    6 zucchini squash (about 8-inches)
Preparation
    Cut zucchini squash in half lengthwise. Cook the pork sausage, but not overcooked. Hollow zucchini with a melon baller; dice. Mix all ingredients including squash. Stuff the zucchini shells; mound it. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
