Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cornmeal (self-rising)
    1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 medium can cream-style corn
    1 or 2 pods hot pepper
    2 c. sweet milk (add a little more if needed)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
    It makes 2 large skillets and one small.
