Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large cabbage, shredded
    1 carrot, grated
    1 onion, grated
Preparation
    Mix vinegar, sugar, oil and seasonings; bring to a boil and simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
    Cool.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Will keep two weeks in refrigerator.
