Mustard Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sour cream
    1 c. prepared mustard
    fish fillets
    cornmeal
    salt and pepper
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine sour cream and mustard.
    Dip fillets into the mixture and allow to stand 20 minutes.
    Dredge fish in salt and peppered cornmeal and deep fry in oil until browned.
