Coconut Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. cream of coconut
    1 tsp. coconut extract
Preparation
    Cream butter, shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with cream of coconut.
    Mix well; add extract.
    Bake in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
