Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    6 eggs (unbeaten)
    1 (24 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
    6 Tbsp. flour
    8 oz. American cheese, diced
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    2 green onions, chopped
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Quickly thaw frozen broccoli by placing in a colander and holding under hot water.
    Separate pieces with a fork; drain well. Other ingredients should be at room temperature.
    In the order listed, layer ingredients in a large bowl and beat until well blended.
    Pour into greased crock-pot.
    Cover and cook on high 1 hour, then low 2 to 3 hours.
