Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. diced ham
    2 strips bacon, diced
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
    2 green onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook rice omitting salt; set aside. Cook bacon and ham in vegetable oil until bacon is crisp. Add mushrooms and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 minutes. Stir in rice, onions and soy sauce. Stir-fry at medium heat for 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
