3 blocks (3 oz.) Hershey's baking chocolate
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. boiling water
2 c. light brown sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. (6 oz.) dairy sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine chocolate, butter and boiling water in small bowl; stir until melted.
Thoroughly combine sugar, flour, baking soda and salt in large mixing bowl.
Gradually add chocolate mixture, beating until thoroughly combined.
Blend eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
Beat for 1 minute at medium speed after adding egg mixture to rest of ingredients.
Pour batter into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool and frost.
