Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked squash
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. onion (cut fine)
1/4 c. margarine
cracker crumbs
Preparation

Combine squash, onion, egg, margarine and milk.
Layer in casserole dish with cracker crumbs.
Cook until set, about thirty or forty minutes at 350\u00b0.
Top with cheese when done and return to oven until cheese melts.
Serve at once.
