Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    4 c. plain flour
    1/3 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 to 2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Let set until double in bulk.
    Knead dough.
    Roll out on floured surface and cut rolls with biscuit cutter.
    Place in greased pan; brush tops of rolls with oil and let rise again. Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
