Orange-Almond Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. malt vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. almond extract
6 c. torn greens
3 medium oranges, peeled, sliced crosswise and halved
1 c. thickly sliced celery
2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
1/3 c. toasted, slivered almonds
Preparation

In a screw top jar, combine oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and almond extract.
Cover and shake well to dissolve sugar and salt. Chill.
