Brandy Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 shot brandy
    chives (small titch)
    1 stick butter
    1 pkg. carrots, peeled and cut lengthwise
Preparation
    Melt butter. Add remaining ingredient in a Pyrex baking dish, covered.
    Place in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
