Clam Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

30 Ritz crackers
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. Snows minced clams (including liquid)
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. milk
Preparation

Add milk to soup.
Beat eggs.
Crumb crackers.
Melt butter (or margarine).
Mix all the ingredients together well.
Put into a casserole; bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, or until firm.
