Ever Ready Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. box Raisin Bran flakes (7 1/2 c.)
    3 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    4 beaten eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix bran, sugar, flour, soda and salt in a large bowl.
    Add eggs, oil and buttermilk; mix well.
    Store in covered container in refrigerator and use as desired.
    Keeps in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
    Bake a few at a time if needed.
    Fill muffin tins (greased or lined with paper cups) 2/3 full.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
