Mandela'S Great Grandmother'S Moist Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. salad dressing
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in 1 c. hot water
1/2 to 3/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together.
Add salad dressing, dissolved soda and vanilla.
Put into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until middle of cake springs back when touched, approximately 34 to 40 minutes baking time.
