Easter Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl and place in a 9x13 glass dish. Cook in oven
    at 400\u00b0 for 10 mins.
    Decrease temperature to 325\u00b0 and continue to cook for 25-30 mins. until milk curdles (it will look like scrambled eggs when stirred).
    Remove from oven and strain mixture. When clear, put into muslin cloth or cheesecloth and drain overnight on counter. Delicious!
