Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 carrot, grated
    1 onion, grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper
    1/2 stick butter
    Pepperidge Farm dressing, seasoned
Preparation
    Slice squash and boil until tender; drain. Combine all ingredients and about 2 cups dressing mix or more. Mix together. Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle top with more dressing mix. Bake at 325\u00b0 until bubbly.
