Crisp Noodle Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler/fryer chicken, cut up
    1 c. sour cream
    dash of pepper
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    3 Tbsp. onion soup mix
    1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place chicken in a single layer in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    In a bowl, combine soup, sour cream, soup mix and pepper.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Spread over chicken.
    Sprinkle with noodles.
    Bake for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
    Serves 4.
