Pollo Con Pico De Gallo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless chicken breast halves
    1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
    1/2 tsp. grated lime peel
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 clove garlic, pressed
Preparation
    Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry.
    Place in a large plastic bag.
    Combine teriyaki sauce, lime peel, juice and garlic.
    Pour over chicken and marinate 1 hour or longer.
    Reserving marinade, remove chicken and grill until done, turning and basting with the marinade, about 8 to 10 minutes.
    Place on bed of lettuce and serve with Pico De Gallo and warm tortillas.
