Chocolate Refrigerator Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. German sweet chocolate
    4 1/2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    6 eggs, separated
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
    3 doz. ladyfingers
    1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and sugar in double boiler; set aside.
    Beat yolks.
    Beat whites until stiff.
    Add yolks, salt, 1 1/2 cups of whipped cream and beaten egg whites to chocolate mixture.
    Pour 1/2 of this mixture into torte pan lined with ladyfingers.
    Add more ladyfingers, then add remaining mixture.
    Top with remaining whipped cream.
    Chill well.
    Yield:
    12 to 15 servings.
