Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Roll out on a well-floured board until you have a thin sheet.
Sprinkle well with flour and cut into thin strips.
Let stand 15 minutes and then drop into hot meat juice.
Stir well, then cover.
Cook until done, about 20 minutes or let dry on floured board and place in a bag and store in refrigerator or freezer until ready to use.
