Brandied Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. carrots
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cut carrots into 2 1/2 x 1/4-inch strips.
Place carrots in ungreased 8 x 8 x 2-inch square pan.
Mix remaining ingredients; pour over carrots.
Cover and cook in a 375\u00b0 oven until carrots are tender, about 40 minutes.
