Hearty Winter Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef cubes
    2 small onions
    1 can (28 oz.) whole tomatoes
    1 can (16 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 box (10 oz.) frozen corn
    1 box (10 oz.) frozen peas
    1 box (10 oz.) frozen green beans
    1 box (10 oz.) frozen lima beans
    1 bag (20 oz.) frozen whole baby carrots
    5 or 6 large potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut beef cubes into bite-sized pieces.
    Peel potatoes and dice. Cut up onions.
    Cut up whole tomatoes (save juice).
    Coat bottom of soup pot with oil.
    Place beef cubes and onions into pot.
    Brown, drain off excess fat.
    Add saved juice, tomato sauce, potatoes, tomatoes and all frozen vegetables to pot.
    Fill pot to top with water.
    Simmer for 3 to 4 hours on top of stove.
    Serve with rolls and butter.
