Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 pkg. jello instant pudding
    1 1/3 c. water
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
    2 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Blend cake
    mix,
    pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in a large mixing
    bowl.
    Beat
    with electric mixer at medium speed for 4 minutes. Stir in coconut and pecans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Top with Coconut Cream Cheese Icing.
