Almond Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sugar
    4 c. water
    4 small or 2 large pkg. Jell-O (any flavor, peach is good)
    1 (8 oz.) bottle lemon juice
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
    2 large cans unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 1/2 oz. almond flavoring
    1 gal. water
Preparation
    Make a syrup with sugar and 4 cups of water.
    Cook until thoroughly dissolved.
    While hot, add 4 small or 2 large packages of Jell-O.
    Add lemon juice, orange juice concentrate, pineapple juice, almond flavoring and 1 gallon water.
    Stir well and fill containers 3/4 full.
    Freeze.
    Defrost about 2 hours.
    Use 3 to 4 large bottles of ginger ale.
    Serves 100.
