French Onion Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large white sweet onions
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. lite soy sauce
8 slices French bread (1/4-inch thick), buttered
Preparation

Peel and slice onions 1/4-inch thick.
Saute onions in butter until tender and spoon into 11 x 7-inch glass dish.
Spread cheese over onions.
