Grandma'S Blanc Mange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine cornstarch, sugar and salt.
    Gradually add milk (I use a whisk).
    Heat to boiling, then boil gently for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla.
    Pour into mold which has been rinsed in cold water.
    Chill.
    Serve with cream or crushed fruit.
