Snow Cherries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O (regular or fat-free)
1 c. boiling water
1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip container (regular or lite)
Preparation

Mix Jell-O in hot water. Cool. Stir in cherry pie filling. Refrigerate for one hour. Mix together cream cheese and Cool Whip. Fold into Jell-O mixture and place in a decorative mold.
