Almond Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter, softened
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. almond extract
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Beat in eggs and almond extract.
    Beat again until fluffy.
    Stir in flour.
    Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan or a jelly roll pan.
    Sprinkle top with sliced almonds.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
