Southern Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well and pour into a 9-inch pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
