Herbed Potato Wedges(Serves 2) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lg. potato, unpeeled, cut into wedges
2 tsp. oil
Preparation

In a shallow bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, basil, salt and pepper.
Brush the cut sides of the potato wedges with the oil, and dip into the cheese mixture.
Place wedges in a greased 8 inch square pan and bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.
