Sweet And Sour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 lb. beef
carrots, sliced
potatoes, sliced
onion, sliced
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 Tbsp. parsley
2 to 3 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cornstarch in crock-pot.
Cook all day.
Add cornstarch when ready to serve to thicken.
May need to add more water depending on size of crock-pot.
Very good with venison.
