Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. finely grated carrots
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins
2 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix oil and sugar until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together.
Stir into sugar, oil, egg mixture.
Add remaining ingredients.
Beat well. Bake in a round 2 1/2 x 10-inch tube pan or 4 x 12-inch loaf pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
