Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. apples, peeled and sliced
2 eggs
2 c. white sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs, then pour over apples and stir. Add sugar and mix. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add that to first mixture, then add walnuts and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 (metal pan) or 300\u00b0 (glass pan) in a 13 x 9 pan that is greased and floured. When cooled, sift confectioners sugar on top.
