Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potato, diced small and cooked some
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and place in casserole dish.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour or less.
