Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. melted margarine
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. corn syrup (light)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 c. popcorn, popped
Preparation

Put popped corn on cookie sheet that has been greased.
Boil margarine, sugar, syrup and salt for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add 1/4 teaspoon soda and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Stir.
Pour over popcorn.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
