Caramel Pudding(Also Called Velvet Or Milk Pudding) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla or lemon juice
Preparation
    Place mold over low heat with 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Bring sugar to caramel stage.
    Coat mold and cool.
    Beat eggs well; add milk, sugar and vanilla.
    Beat until smooth, about 5 to 10 minutes.
    Pour mixture in mold and bake in a preheated 300\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour or when moving mold around, pudding is solid in the center.
    Cool and take out of mold.
    Do not overbake.
