Okra Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen, cut okra, cooked and drained
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1 c. finely chopped green onions
    1 medium chopped bell pepper
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    1 c. cooked ham, chopped
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a 4-quart pan, gently melt oleo.
    Add onions, bell pepper and garlic.
    Saute until softened.
    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and chicken broth.
    Bring mixture to a boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Add seasonings, chicken, ham and okra.
    Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve over fluffy white rice.
