Zucchini Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. grated zucchini
    5 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    4 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Mix all together in large bowl, stir in eggs and then butter. Put in greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, until nicely browned.
