Icebox Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. instant potatoes or small bag
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. scalded milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    5 to 6 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water with pinch of sugar.
    In a large mixing bowl combine potato flakes, sugar, shortening, salt and scalded milk.
    When cool, add yeast, egg and flour.
    Beat flour in until heavy on beaters. Lift beaters and add flour with fork until stiff.
    Knead dough.
    Divide into 2 parts.
    Store in plastic bags (spray bags with butter Pam).
    Remove from refrigerator and make rolls.
    Let rise 2 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
