Milky Way Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 Milky Way bars
1 stick margarine
1 c. pecan pieces
1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Heat Milky Way bars, margarine and pecans until melted. Cool.
Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs.
Mix soda with buttermilk, add to sugar mixture.
Fold in candy mixture.
